Friendly and helpful staff, clean room and ensuite. The restaurant onsite had delicious and reasonably priced food. The hotel had a well-organized vibe, and staff showed a genuine interest in guests' well-being. I had a comfortable room with a good-sized bathroom, and there was a wide variety of dishes on the menu. One of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. the breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. Plus, the on-site restaurant was great and reasonably priced.

The lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room was a downside. the wifi signal in the room was weak and inconsistent.

Very organized and professional service. Comfortable and clean, great location close to the city center and with ample parking facilities. Tasty and varied breakfast. The staff offered us excellent service and were always willing to help with any questions.

Some aspects of the hotel could be improved, such as the limited room amenities, the dark and uninviting entrance, and the slightly overpriced rooms. , the wine selection could be better and some of the staff seemed a bit tired towards the end of the evening.
